Day 1
Calgary, Alberta - Tour Begins
Join Collette Vacations as you explore the beautiful Canadian Rockies and Alaska. Your exciting vacation begins in the dynamic city of Calgary.

Day 2
Calgary - Lake Louise
Depart Calgary today for the Canadian Rockies. En route you will view the spectacular Moraine Lake and the awesome Valley of the Ten Peaks, the stunning and jagged “saw-toothed” mountains. This afternoon you arrive at the world-famous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. This hotel, called the “Diamond in the Wilderness,” is surrounded with snow-frosted Rocky Mountain peaks, secluded next to a legendary lake and showcased by a majestic glacier. Spend the balance of the day indulging in the splendor of this magnificent resort.

Day 3
Lake Louise - Banff
Today you arrive in the charming town of Banff, nestled in the Rockies and renowned for its outdoor lifestyle. Your home for the next two nights is the magnificent Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, known as the “Castle in the Mountains.”

Day 4
Banff
Journey to lovely Bow Falls and the impressive Hoodoos, also known as the “Land of Sleeping Giants.” Later, enjoy some time at leisure in the quaint village of Banff; you may choose to browse through the shops and museums, or just take in the natural beauty of the area.

Day 5
Banff - Icefields Parkway - Jasper
The highlight today is a journey along the unforgettable Icefields Parkway: behold majestic waterfalls, rushing rivers, glacial peaks, imposing cliffs and snowcapped mountain ranges. You then continue on to the Columbia Icefields, where a special ride is in store for you on the Glacier Experience* (weather permitting) across this mass of glacial ice which is over 1,000 feet thick and represents the largest accumulation of ice south of the Arctic Circle. As you continue down the parkway, watch for bears, furry marmots and stately elk, often seen in this area.

Day 6
Jasper - VIA Rail
This morning visit Maligne Lake, one of the prettiest bodies of water in the Canadian Rockies. The remainder of your afternoon is at leisure to relax or explore Jasper’s quaint main street. This afternoon it’s “All Aboard!” the VIA Rail Train for your overnight grand adventure through the Canadian Rockies en route to Vancouver.

Day 7
VIA Rail - Vancouver - Board Cruise Ship
Disembark your train this morning in the beautiful city of Vancouver. Experience the splendor of Vancouver with a sightseeing tour that begins at Stanley Park, an “urban” temperate rainforest. You will also visit Vancouver’s Chinatown, one of North America’s largest, and the charming waterfront area. Your tour ends in Gastown, Vancouver’s turn-of-the-century pedestrian mall filled with pubs, restaurants, art galleries, specialty stores, and the world-famous steam-powered clock. Later, board your magnificent ship, Celebrity Cruises’ Mercury. The newest of the Century-class ships, the Mercury affords you the opportunity to experience an espresso cafe, shop exclusive boutiques, send e-mails and meet friends for drinks. Cruising - Inside Passage
Today you journey along the Inside Passage, an amazing stretch of land with immense natural beauty and a large inhabitance of wildlife. Take advantage of the many amenities on your ship or just relax and enjoy the sights. The views are awe-inspiring, the air is invigorating.

Day 9
Cruising - Ketchikan
Today''s port of call is Ketchikan, located on the tranquil Revillagigedo Island, and home to the world’s largest collection of totem poles. Take some free time to visit Totem Bight Park or Saxman Native Village for your chance to see these tremendous timbers being carved.

Day 10
Cruising - Hubbard Glacier
Today you cruise past the mammoth Hubbard Glacier. It is a day filled with amazing natural sights that are sure to leave you awe-struck.

Day 11
Cruising - Juneau
Today you arrive in Alaska’s lively capital, the beautiful city of Juneau. You may choose to disembark your ship for self-exploration of this magnificent area to see Alaska’s oldest original Russian Orthodox church, St. Nicholas, or visit the fascinating Alaska State Museum.

Day 12
Cruising - Sitka
Nestled on the west side of Baranof Island, Sitka is flanked on the east by majestic snow-capped mountains, and on the west by the Pacific Ocean. Besides being one of the most beautiful destinations in Alaska, this town offers a unique blend of Tlingit culture and Russian history.

Day 13
Cruising - Inside Passage
Enjoy a full day at sea to take advantage of the amenities on your ship or to just relax by the pool.

Day 14
Vancouver - Disembark Cruise Ship - Whistler -Vancouver
This morning you arrive in the city of Vancouver and disembark your cruise ship. After boarding your coach, sit back and relax while enjoying views of the "Sea to Sky Highway” with spectacular mountain and ocean views. Upon arrival in Whistler enjoy some leisure time to explore the famous ski resort on your own. Tonight, gather for a farewell dinner.

Vancouver - Tour Ends
